PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Under certain circumstances, some products become unavailable at the last minute. If you have ordered an item which has suddenly become unavailable we will try to fulfil the order with the same product using a different brand. WE WILL NEVER SUBSTITUTE AN ITEM WITH A CHEAPER OR DIFFERENT PRODUCT.

If we cannot do this for any reason we will send your order without that item and re-calculate the transaction before despatch.

If several of your order items are not available we will contact you by telephone or by email to confirm the consignment before we proceed.

For this reason we never charge your card until we are ready to despatch your items.

FRESH PRODUCE ORDERS (delivery Wednesdays ONLY)

Because we only want to sell fresh produce that we can guarantee will be despatched in good condition, we do not send fresh produce outside the UK.

Fresh produce is only despatched on Wednesdays of each week (the very same day it comes in). For orders of Fresh Produce, please make sure your order reaches us by Thursday in order to make the following Wednesday despatch. You will normally receive your order the next day (Thursday)

Fresh items are sent in special cool bags or larger cool boxes to ensure that your produce stays as fresh as possible.

*Note: If you exceed the above weight limits, delivery costs will increase proportionately.

Deliveries are usually despatched within 24 hours. Under some circumstances we may be delayed (for instance if expecting a delivery of out of stock items) in which case we may take 48 hours.
